During password creation you will see a screen that looks like the image shown.

Enter and confirm your password.

The keyboard may be blocking the “Submit” button.  If you are using a device that has a “Release” or “Done” button on the keyboard, try touching that button to make the keyboard disappear.  Alternatively, If you touch the background screen behind the keyboard, it will automatically hide the keyboard.

After you create your password and release the keyboard, you will see the Submit button.  At this point you should be able to submit your password.

The final step will be to check your email and verify your account.
