1. When you are in in the Add Food screen, select the Meal tab to see a list of all of your meals.

2. Select a particular meal by touching the name of the meal or by touching the plate icon

3. There are trashcans by each of the items in the meal. There is also one larger trashcan at the top of the screen by the meal name.

4. Selecting this trashcan will enable you to entirely delete this meal from the list.

5. You will receive a pop-up warning because if you delete the meal at this level, you will remove it entirely from your selectable list of meals. DO NOT remove it here unless you meant to delete it entirely from the app.
